Over the past 25 years, Mark has managed the acquisition, development, servicing, marketing and sale of thousands of acres of residential, commercial and industrial land. In addition to his role as president of LanTree Developments, Mark serves as chairman of Lanterra Developments, which is another operating business of Almond Tree Enterprises and one of the preeminent residential developers in the Greater Toronto Area. He is known as the visionary behind various landmark buildings, such as Maple Leaf Square, ICE, 1 Bedford, The Britt, and Waterpark City.

Raphael began his career in real estate in 2010 with the founding of Lantower Realty and Property Management, which rebranded as LanTree Developments in 2017. Initially focused on the acquisition of revenue-producing multifamily assets in New York, the company accumulated a portfolio of distressed residential and retail assets, which, under Raphael’s leadership, were successfully repositioned, revitalizing neighborhoods and delivering much-needed, attainably priced housing to the market. In recent years, Raphael has expanded LanTree’s scope of services to include the acquisition and management of development projects, amassing a project pipeline of more than a million square feet in key metropolitan markets across New York and New Jersey.

JAY McDERMOTT | VP of Construction Management
Jay McDermott joined the LanTree team in January 2020 and serves as Vice President of Construction Management. In this role, Jay provides expert technical oversight for all projects in the LanTree portfolio, working closely with construction management firms and subcontractors. Additionally, Jay plays an instrumental role in ensuring that LanTree
meets all of its financial goals and objectives, while increasing operating performance and developing a strategic growth plan for the entire organization. Before joining LanTree, Jay had a 30-year career with K. Hovnanian Enterprises, where he most recently served as Area President, and oversaw the development of 1,100 homes with total revenue in excess of $775 million. He was responsible for the oversight of 30 associates, as well as a diverse portfolio that included a 278-unit condominium high-rise in West New York, New Jersey.
Jay is a graduate of Rider University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a minor in Computer Science. Jay is also a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson, Chairman of the Borough of Belmar Planning Board, member
of the Borough of Belmar Technical Review Committee, is OSHA certified, and has
expertise in ProCore/Hyphen System.

BILL CAMPBELL | Director of Finance
Bill Campbell serves as Finance Manager for LanTree Developments. Since August 2019, Bill has been responsible for overseeing all financial modeling for the Development team, guiding the company’s pipeline of upcoming development projects and land acquisition. Prior to joining LanTree, Bill worked as a Land Acquisition Analyst for K. Hovnanian and a Land Acquisition/Approvals Manager at Kara Homes. He previously served as a Project Executive for the Asbury Park oceanfront redevelopment, followed by multiple roles at Linde North America in corporate finance and asset management.
Bill graduated from Marist college with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business, and a minor in Economics.

BRENDA MINTZ, CPA | Controller
Brenda Mintz serves as Controller for LanTree Developments, a position she has held for 2 years. In this role, Brenda is responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, cash management, and tax and legal compliance. Prior to joining LanTree, Brenda spent several years in both the public and private accounting sectors. She started her career in the real estate industry with Lightstone Group. After earning her CPA, she moved to the public sector serving as an auditor for hedge funds. Most recently, she transitioned back to the private sector as Assistant Controller at Tryko Partners.
Brenda attended Excelsior College where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She currently
holds the status of Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

JESSICA PETRACCORO | Project Manager
Jessica Petraccoro serves as a Project Manager at LanTree Developments, and Executive Assistant to the company’s Principal, Raphael Mandelbaum. Jessica is the initial point of contact for vendors and consultants and works tirelessly to ensure that all projects proceed in a timely fashion. She also manages the marketing and leasing efforts for LanTree’s Bayonne property, Lofts Two22, and has been responsible for overseeing the firm’s leading-edge content creation team, which has been featured in top-tier outlets including the New York Times and Wall Street Journal.
Prior to joining LanTree, Jessica spent nearly 13 years working for a prominent real estate appraisal and consulting firm in New Jersey.In her previous role, she managed a team of professionals who developed in-depth, analytical content on New Jersey’s housing market, which was presented to thousands of local real estate agents.
Jessica has been a licensed Real Estate Salesperson since 2004 and remains active in selling properties in her spare time.

CHAIM HERSH | Property Manager
Chaim Hersh serves as Regional Property Manager for LanTree Developments. Since July 2019, Chaim has been responsible for overseeing LanTree’s portfolio of multifamily properties, ensuring each property lives up to the standard the company has set and that all residents receive the best possible living experience. Chaim’s industry experience includes six years of real estate property management at New York and New Jersey properties, where he specialized in government compliance and resident relationships.
A graduate of Touro College, Chaim earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Administration.
